Hua Hsia Chinese School has been providing Mandarin Chinese classes for children and teenagers in Hampstead since 2001. Based at Holy Trinity CE Primary School in NW3, we offer weekend Chinese language and cultural education for children aged 3–18 from across Hampstead, Belsize Park, Swiss Cottage, St. John’s Wood, West Hampstead, Golders Green, Finchley and the wider North West London area.
Our courses are designed for both heritage and non-heritage learners, helping students develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing Mandarin Chinese. We provide age-appropriate pathways from early years classes through to GCSE and AS level Chinese, as well as internationally recognised YCT and HSK qualifications.
In addition to language learning, students explore Chinese culture through festivals, arts, music, calligraphy and community events, creating an engaging and supportive environment for children to develop global awareness and cultural understanding.
With experienced teachers, small class sizes and a strong focus on academic progress, Hua Hsia Chinese School has helped hundreds of students build valuable language skills that support future educational and career opportunities.
